Arcana Novum

Updated a lot of commutative transmutations with 1.21.4 items. Players now get 4 skill points per level. One with the Abyss now grants 6666 skill points (instead of 666) Added new decomposition transmutations. Added a new augment-locked permutation transmutation for de-allocating an Aequalis's chosen transmutation. Improved the Midnight Enchanter GUI, and fixed some bugs. Feline's Grace 4 now completely cancels the fall damage animation. Fixed the Continuum Anchor no longer providing Random Ticks Fixed a bunch of incompatibility issues with other mods.
