- Witches: Witches can now buff Illagers using potions.

Configuration: Fixed some config-related crashes and issues
- Game would crash when:
  - attributes, equipment, or effects was not defined on an entity modifier. These should have been optional.
  - weight for WeightedEntries did not exist.
- Mobs did not spawn when:
  - attributes, equipment, or effects did not contain any entries.
