Caregiver

Added:

• Watermark, read Description for more.
• Added early stages of the new /cry command /cry {Wet/Food} {Caregiver} this will send your cries to your care giver, still more work to be done on this.

Future:

• Cry function might have audio and have more things to cry about.
• Little Tikes Car's will have a new skins per car when they are stuck by lighting.
• Stuff(This could be anything maybe community requested things.)
