New Effects:

• Burning entities now emit fire-like spark particles — just like from regular fire or campfires.

Other Changes:

• Effectual now depends on Cloth Config instead of owo-lib;
• Added full Belarusian language support;
• The mod description is now properly localized in ModMenu for all supported languages;
• Slight code cleanup and structural optimization.
