Jaytv25's Nether Reactor Core

This mod adds the Nether Reactor Core back into Minecraft and also adds a new enchantment book to enchant your weapons with. The Nether Spire from the Reactor Core has been replaced with the Nether Reactor to fit more with the Nether Reactor Core's name.
