lithosphere 1.4 (1.20.5 - 1.21.4)

Changelog

Mountains have been overhauled and can now reach a height of about y=500
Continents are now much bigger and generate more varied than before
Archipelagos have been added
Coastal cliffs should feel more varied and are bit further away from the coastline than before
Some minor tweaks to mesas and lakes
Mushroom islands have been temporarily removed and will be re-added later
River biomes are now placed where lakes are to fix some weird structure interactions
It should be less likely to spawn in the middle of a massive ocean
Mesas have been reworked to be a lot more interesting and varied in height
Lakes have been adjusted a bit
