* Added a proximity heat/cool source modifier.

Proximity modifiers allow for other mods to create conditional heat sources (ie blockstate, blockentity etc) rather than re-iterating over all nearby blocks in an IPositionalTemperatureModifier.

* Updated code styling to match rest of project.

* Temperature changes in boats, snow temperature bug.

- TemperatureHelperImpl now checks for rain/snow and being wet separately. Fixes a bug where wet/snow decrease would both apply at once from just snow.

- TemperatureHelperImpl now checks if player is in a boat before getting wet from water blocks.

- Fixed bug where standing on a slab ABOVE water would apply the wetness temperature debuff.

* Fixed bug where players never got cold while swimming.

- Added a new value dryTicks to ITemperature to fix bug where players never get cold by swimming if they keep jumping.

- Added config value to control the number of ticks players will stay wet for after touching water, rain or snow.

Removed the heat resistance potion, now we use the Vanilla fire resistance potion. Renamed the cold resistance potion to ice resistance using snowballs.
