ALL Death Messages

• Added /alldeathmsg test <@e> command, that checks which categories a mob belongs to.
• Jockeys, mobs in vehicles, and Endermen carrying blocks are no longer considered persistent.
• The Wither and the Ender Dragon are no longer considered ephemeral.

• Added the ability to see entity coordinates, when hovering a name with Advanced Tooltips enabled. (This can be disabled in the gamerules)
• Added persistent, ephemeral, hostile and passive as built-in rules.
• Removed the other rule, now replaced with all.
• Death messages for tamed entities are handled more reliably in multiplayer.

• Mob names in death messages can be styled with different colours and effects. Styles can be configured in a separate config file.

• Fix default boss category using regular Guardian instead of Elder Guardians

• Added the ability to create custom gamerules, regrouping mobs based on their type.

• Upgraded project to Minecraft 1.20
• (MC1.20 upward) Kill rules now take all recent attackers into account, not just the biggest and the latest ones.

• Added separate gamerules for named/unnamed mob deathes/kills
• Vanilla showDeathMessages rule is now being respected
• Should work in multiplayer (untested)
