Legacies and Legends v2.2 - A Frosted Descent

At long last, Legacies and Legends has been ported to the latest release - 1.21.11! I've taken this opportunity to further improve a variety of features, and introduce all-new additions pertaining to recent drops. Thanks for playing, and enjoy the rest of your year!

Added

• Frosted Spear, a new Artifact which applies a freezing effect with a duration based on the power of the Spear's attack, which can be found in Frozen Dungeons & Igloos (textures by Sierra)

Changed

• overhauled the Descent room of Dungeons, featuring an improved block palette & new randomly-placed decorations (thanks for the help, Sierra!)
• different chains & lanterns are now used by different Dungeon variants
• Verdant Dungeons now use Polished Andesite Slabs, as opposed to Stone Slabs
• the Warping effect has been reworked to function with both players & mobs, more consistently teleports affected entities when hurt, and (almost) always succeeds at teleporting when a target would otherwise be struck by a projectile (much like how Endermen function)
• increased the durability of the Verdant Sword (184 to 284)
• increased the durability of the Cleaving Battleaxe (292 to 332)
• updated loot tables to include the addition of Spears and Nautilus armor
