Added the Water Cleansing enchantment for canteens
Update for new NeoForge
Cleaned up canteen classes and prevented drinking from canteens when thirst is full
Drinking now does nothing if not thirsty
Don't render thirst when mounted
Fixed hydration not applying correctly
