rewrote the whole thing, the config now works differently
added a new setting to only run the commands when the full game is restarted
you now have 3 different arrays of commands that use different settings
supposedly fixed a bug

not compatible with neo 1.20.2-1.20.6 unfortunately but I'm fairly sure noone uses those versions anyway

-Added the new parameter "Repeat" which will play the commands once per world join instead of once per world as I thought this might be useful to some
-changed the command a little bit to allow for targets (much better for operators)
-Fixed commands working for non-operators
-Added a "DedicatedMode" parameter in the config which makes the commands run for each player that joins (Reset your config file or add the new line or else the mod will not run the last command)
-Fixed multiplayer! Should work now (used to run commands each time a new player joined (the mod isn't made for dedicated btw, this is a fix for LAN worlds))
-Made the mod serverside only (won't ask people who join your world to have the mod installed anymore)
