entity type tag for entities that shouldn't be teleported by Dimensional Tears, includes Endermen, Endermites, the Ender Dragon and boats by default - Added unique sounds for paddling a boat through portal fluid

CAUTION if updating from Spelunkery 1.19.2, Magnetite Blocks
, Raw Magnetite
, and Nephrite Fountains
will disappear from your world as they have been renamed for the sake of consistency. Changing this between versions was the safest way but please be aware if you update an old world.

- Ore blocks now drop their corresponding base stone block when mined (Fabric only due to bug, will come to forge eventually)
- Obtaining a portal fluid bottle from a respawn anchor now provides a portal fluid bottle that, when used, transports you back to that respawn anchor
- Active Item Magnets in item frames attract dropped items toward themselves
- Right-clicking Nephrite Fountains with glass bottles gives you bottles o' enchanting
